Riley Court is a three storey building located adjacent to the Degree Apprenticeship Centre. Originally part of the University of Warwick Science Park[1], in 2025 the building was fully taken over by the University to be rebuilt into a new building for Psychology.[2]

The building was first opened in 2004[3] with construction part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund,[1] offering 3,715 m² of office space to businesses across 13 units.

In 2024, following the closure of the lecture theatres in the Humanities Building due to RAAC, the University converted a number of the office units in Riley Court into two flat-floored lecture theatres (RIL.G.03[4] and RIL.G.04[5]). These continued to be in use until Summer 2025 when the whole building was closed for redevelopment.
